"He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who is seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

VERSE:

“For the choir director; set to Al-tashheth. A Psalm of Asaph, a Song. We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks, For Your name is near; Men declare Your wondrous works.”

PSALM 75:1

REFLECTION:

The precursor of COvid pandemia, SARS that begun in Hong Kong on 2003 of the same month (March), has only made shrugged the other nations’ shoulders or has taken it lightly until we are obligatory wearing facial mask. In a clinical environment especially in my profession as a theatre/operating nurse, where mask is not only mandatory but on strict compliance and routine, Confessionally and deliberately (to some degree) non-compliant to its necessity and urgency.  Often told off every now and then and still stubborn up to this very moment of such public COVID guidelines and regulations. WHY? I must commend for the fact that I am a natural social being. Smiles are but far most imperative than affirming onthe boring turquoise mask.  The very essence of life, BREATHING, has gradually compromising and being threatened. My flesh may soon be decayed but as my cheek swept by the rising sun rays as I stare at the vastness of the sky that Our God has made by Thine hand I am in awe struck wonder.  Inscribed within all things of beauty and wonder, we may see the hand of God at work, be it painting, a flower, or…even in the midst of the ghastly unloveliness and foulness of now we called COVid era, God’s greatness of His grace and mercy aboundeth above.Exquisite as they may be, these are but a fraction of what we might come to expect to witness within of His Heavenly Kingdom.

PRAYER:

God Almighty, Creator of Heaven and the earth, glory in Thy name. Holy, Holy, Holy. Thank you for all things beautiful in this world, which we may enjoy knowing they have been wrought by Your hands, forged in grace and love. Father, humble my soul of valuing and glorifying Thee each day, every minute, at the single tick of the clock to these wondrous gifts, and always to remember to give our deepest thanks to you. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
